- All documents which require consular confirmation should be presented with prior confirmation by the
  concerned institutions.
- One(1) original document with one(1) copy should be presented.
- All documents should be presented in Spanish or in English.

- The institutions which are required to issue their certificates.
1) Consular Division of the Foreign Ministry
2) Chamber of Commerce and the signature of the official in charge.
3) Law Office ( duly registered at the Embassy. )

The Embassy furnishes with official forms in Spanish issued by the relevant institutions of Venezuela.

Fees for certificates shall be paid in Korean currency to the designated bank with a change rate established by the Embassy.
